Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a refund or exchange. Items being refunded or exchanged MUST have their original tags attached and MUST be accompanied by a packing list and completed return form.
- We are unable to refund used or customer-damaged items.
- We must receive return packages within 30 days of the purchase or order date – these refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size and/or color, within 30 days of the purchase or order date.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the return shipping charges. BPassionit does not accept C.O.D.
- No returns or exchanges on final clearance.
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We are unable to refund purchases made through retailers other than www.bpassionit.com
How to return a www.bpassionit.com purchase
- Ensure that your return meets the above policy and criteria
- Please complete the return form in full.
- Include your completed return form in the return package.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of shipping from your shipper. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Please send your package, including your completed return form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Please note that a completed return form will speed the process of your return. If your return form is not completed in full, your refund may be delayed.
