I signed up for your mailing list and haven’t received my coupon code yet.

The final coupon code email can take up to an hour to be sent and received by your email. If you haven’t received your email code in an hour, check your email Spam folder for the automated email. If you still haven’t received it, contact BPassionit to request a new code.

Where do I enter rewards codes?

You can enter your discount code prior to checkout in your Cart. The code area can be found below your cart total. Select the “Apply Coupon” button to apply your discount code.

I’ve entered my rewards code, but it doesn’t work?

Be sure to use the same email address that you registered with, or submitted your review under when applying your rewards code to your Cart. Your rewards code is linked to only your email. Rewards codes can only be used once by an individual. Try copying and pasting the code directly from your email (if applicable) to avoid misentering the code. If you still are having issues with your code, contact BPassionit to request a new code.

I’ve reviewed an item. How soon until I get my rewards code?

All reviews go through an approval process to avoid spam and inappropriate comments.

Please give BPassionit up to 4 business days to review, approve, and send your rewards code. If you still have not received your code, contact BPassionit and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

I’ve received my BPassionit clothing, but an item doesn’t fit right, or is the wrong item. How do I get a refund and/or exchange the item?

We’re sorry that what you’ve ordered and received isn’t what you expected. You can download and fill out our Customer Return Form to return or exchange a product.

We do not accept returns on items purchased at 50% or greater savings.

We want our customers to get the size and fit they need, and accept exchanges on any item purchased. However, return postage is NOT reimbursed on any item exchanged where a discount at the time of purchase has already been given.

Return postage on exchanges of items purchased at full price will be reimbursed. To have your return shipping charges on Exchanges reimbursed, Contact us through our website form. We will send you a postage paid return shipping slip via email.
