I placed an online order and did not receive an email confirmation.
Once you place an order on BPassionit.com, you should receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes. If you have not received your email confirmation, please do the following:
- Make sure that the email address you entered for your BPassionit account is correct.
- Check your Spam folder. Sometimes our emails are caught by firewalls and sent to the Spam/Junk Mail folder by default. If your email confirmation IS in the Spam folder, you will need to flag BPassionit emails as “Not Spam” to ensure our emails go directly to your inbox in the future.
- If your email confirmation is NOT in the Spam folder, Contact Us and we can both confirm your order and resend your email confirmation.
To ensure that you receive future emails from BPassionit, be sure to add @bpassionit.com to your email’s safe sender list.
I signed up for your mailing list and haven’t received my coupon code yet.
The final coupon code email can take up to an hour to be sent and received by your email. If you haven’t received your email code in an hour, check your email Spam folder for the automated email. If you still haven’t received it, contact BPassionit to request a new code.
Where do I enter rewards codes?
You can enter your discount code prior to checkout in your Cart. The code area can be found below your cart total. Select the “Apply Coupon” button to apply your discount code.
I’ve entered my rewards code, but it doesn’t work?
Be sure to use the same email address that you registered with, or submitted your review under when applying your rewards code to your Cart. Your rewards code is linked to only your email. Rewards codes can only be used once by an individual. Try copying and pasting the code directly from your email (if applicable) to avoid misentering the code. If you still are having issues with your code, contact BPassionit to request a new code.
I’ve reviewed an item. How soon until I get my rewards code?
All reviews go through an approval process to avoid spam and inappropriate comments.
Please give BPassionit up to 4 business days to review, approve, and send your rewards code. If you still have not received your code, contact BPassionit and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
I’ve received my BPassionit clothing, but an item doesn’t fit right, or is the wrong item. How do I get a refund and/or exchange the item?
We’re sorry that what you’ve ordered and received isn’t what you expected. You can download and fill out our Customer Return Form to return or exchange a product.

We do not accept returns on items purchased at 50% or greater savings.
We want our customer to get the size and fit they need and accept all exchanges on any item purchased. You are responsible for return shipping on all exchanges. BPassionit will ship your new exchanged item to you at no charge.
BPassionit does not pay postage on items returned for refund.

Select the “Lost your password?” link under the password area and follow the steps to reset your password. You’ll need either your username or email address to reset your account’s password.
