How to return a bpassionit.com purchase
Return Requirements
- Please complete the BPassionit Return Form in full. Include your completed form in your item’s return package.
- Your item(s) must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return.
- Item must be purchased from BPassionit.com.
- Item must not be used, washed, or customer-damaged.
- Item being refunded or exchanged must have its original tags attached.
- ITEM MUST NOT BE A FINAL CLEARANCE ITEM. FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND.
- Your return package must be received by BPassionit within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns should be mailed to the following address.

Shipping Charges
You are responsible for the return shipping charges on all eligible refunds and exchanges. BPassionit provides free postage on the shipping of your new exchanged items only.
Please send your package, including your completed return form, via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. When you return items, please retain the proof of shipping from your shipper. BPassionit does not accept C.O.D. We cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
About Exchanges and Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us. We only offer exchanges and returns within 30 days of the purchase or order date.
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If your return form is not completed in full, your refund may be delayed.
We are unable to refund purchases made through retailers other than BPassionit.com.
